Hyderabad-based TajGVK Hotels and Resorts Limited, an alliance between GVK Group and Indian Hotels Company Ltd, reported a 46.2 per cent decrease in net profit to Rs 6.90 cr for the quarter ended March 31, as against Rs 12.8 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Total income stood at Rs 71.5 crore, against Rs 69.7 crore in the fourth quarter of 2010-11, recording a three per cent rise. Earnings per share stood at Rs 1.1, against Rs 2.06, according to a company statement issued on Monday.
