Torrent Power to supply power for Kanpur

Torrent Power has become the Distribution Franchisee for supplying power in urban areas under the Kanpur Electricity Supply Company.

The company informed the stock exchanges that it has received a Letter of Intent(LoI) in this regard from the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation. The supply is for a period of 20 years.
