Trishna Skyscrapper Ltd (TSL), a city based real estate developer unveiled its plan to develop an integrated residential township over 32 acres of land at Kanatabada, on the outskirts of the city.
“The Rs 750 crore project, christened as TSL Spring City, will be developed jointly by Trishna Real Estate Pvt Ltd and Kolkata-based Skyscraper Projects Pvt Ltd,” said Smruti Ranjan Samal, Director, TSL.
The township will cater to the needs of people from all segments, low, middle and high income groups. The project will consist of 85 towers having 3,500 flats. There will be 308 2BHK (Bedroom Hall Kitchen) flats, 880 3BHK standard flats and 1,050 3BHK premium flats, he added.
The built up area of 2BHK, 3BHK( standard) and 3BHK (premium) will be 884 sq ft, 1,065 sq ft and 1,210 sq ft costing Rs 9.99 lakhs, Rs 13.99 lakhs and Rs 16.99 lakhs respectively.
To ensure no class complex, the township will have homogeneous clusters i.e separate clusters for separate income group people like all towers in a single cluster will be having all 2BHK flats, added Samal.
The project will be taken up in 3 phases and will be completed by 2015.The booking for the flats began from September 2 and delivery of the first phase flats to the owners will be made by March 2013, Samal said.
2BHK clusters and 3 BHK (standard) will be G+five storey. 3 BHK (premium) will be 12 storey buildings with first two floors devoted to parking. The township will have modern amenities like shopping arcade, medicare facility, park, jogging track, pool, club, ATMs, 24 hour security etc.
