TTK Healthcare Ltd would amalgamate TTK Protective Devices Ltd, an unlisted public company engaged in the business of contraceptives, with its wholly-owned subsidiary TSL Techno Services Ltd (TSL).
The company has received its board approval. Post the merger, the shareholders of TTK Protective would be enti-tled to nine equity shares of Rs 10 of TTK Healthcare for every two equity shares of Rs 10 held by them in TTK Protective. he proposal will take effect after necessary approvals from regulatory authorities, shareholders and the Madras high court.
