Welingkar Institute ties up with Oz B-School

Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Mumbai  based business  school, has entered into  an alliance with Curtin Business School, a part of Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Western Australia to facilitate mutual co-operation in the field of educational research. The partnership will open new vistas of co-operation in the field of education and research and promote contribution to increased international cooperation between Australia & India, Welingkar institute said in a statement on Monday.

"The MOU with Curtin University will facilitate exchange of students and faculty members on reciprocal basis and help conduct and organize cultural projects, study tours and opportunities to conduct joint research projects in emerging fields. It will also offer new avenues for our students to study in an international environment  I am confident that our association will accomplish a balanced and broad based cooperation not only between the two institutes but also between two countries in various areas of mutual interest.,'' Uday Salunkhe, group director, Welingkar Institute, said on the occasion.
