WWIL unveils SITI Digital Television in Kerala

Wire and Wireless India (WWIL), the cable television company part of the Zee Network Enterprises, today unveiled its SITI Digital Cable Television in Kerala.
Addressing the media here, DP Ghosh, head - marketing, WWIL, said the new initiative would offer localised television content apart from the various television channels.
The services will be initially available in Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi and would be soon extended to other towns and even rural areas of the state.
On installation of the set top box for Rs 699, a customer would be able to access 1,000 channels. The company, which is present in Mumbai, Delhi, Jallandhur, Lucknow, Kolkata and Bangalore, apart from Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi, would look at adding 50 new destinations, Ghosh said.
