The Himachal Pradesh High Court today stayed Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh's arrest in connection with the disproportionate assets case against him.

The High Court also said that the Chief Minister would not be arrested till the next date of hearing scheduled on November 18.

Singh had moved the High Court yesterday, seeking quashing of the FIR registered against him and his wife by the CBI. He also questioned the raids conducted by the CBI at his residence without seeking consent of the state government.
