Modi can be prosecuted, says SC amicus curiae

The Supreme Court-appointed amicus curiae (advisor to court) has recommended that Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi could be prosecuted for “promoting enmity among different groups” during the 2002 Gujarat riots. This is contrary to the view taken by the Special Investigation Team that gave a clean chit to Modi.
