With 37% of urban Indian voters active online, there's little doubt that internet is going to play a crucial role in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. That might be a reason for all major parties to beef up their online presence in the run-up to the elections. According to a Google India study, 45% of the urban Indian voters with online presence want more information to be available on the net to help them make up their mind.
