Rahul Gandhi urges AICC leaders to speak openly

In his first formal interaction with Congress office-bearers after assuming charge as party vice-president, Rahul Gandhi on Thursday urged the 50-odd Congress leaders present at the party headquarters to speak “frankly and openly.”
