Dow ends up 22pts; ADRs gain

The Dow Jones industrial average moved up 22 points to 13,635. The Nasdaq ended unchanged for the second consecutive day at 2627.

Indian ADRs were mostly up. ICICI Bank zoomed over 5% to $49.69. VSNL soared 4% to $22.80. Wipro, HDFC Bank, MTNL and Tata Motors were the other major gainers. Satyam, however, slipped 1% to $25.44.
