Economy Will Turn Around By Year-End: Sinha

Finance minister Yashwant Sinha today said that the economy will see a turnaround by the end of the year, and that with sustained efforts tax collection can be improved in the current fiscal. Sinha, however, said that he would not hazard a guess on the GDP growth rate for 2001-02.
