HC reverses order on Naidu

The AP high court on Thursday quashed the earlier ruling in favour of preliminary CBI inquiry against former chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu issued by the previous bench on Nov 14 last year. The division bench comprising Justice Rohini and Justice Ashutosh Mehta, while passing the final order on a vacate petition filed by Naidu against the earlier order said, the orders were issued against the principles of natural justice.
