Plan Panel Strategy Aims At Efficient Use Of Funds

The Planning Commission has claimed that it has evolved a multi-pronged strategy which aims at efficient use of funds ear-marked for development, both at the Centre and states, close monitoring of social targets, special emphasis on least-developed districts, growth targets for each state and priority to key labour-intensive sectors.
