Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Wednesday, in an exclusive interview to ANI, cleared the air on the Rafale aircraft deal saying the government had maintained complete transparency in the matter and the negotiations had helped bring down the cost of fighter jets.

He emphasised that the Congress and its President Rahul Gandhi were making truth into a victim and compromising national security.
