The Ministry of Railways and Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Kerala has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)  to form a joint venture (JV) company for fabrication of bogie frames for passenger coaches and side/end walls for the wagons of the Indian Railways.

		</script> </DIV><p class='TableClas'>Indian Railway shall hold 51 per cent equity in the JV and the remaining 49 per cent will be held by the Kerala Government. A joint working group (JWG) will be constituted in the next six months to prepare business plans and work out the modalities for the formation of the JV. <BR></P></p><p class='TableClas'></p></table>
