Sibal keen to forge alliance with US universities

With the government deciding to set up 14 innovation universities, Human Resource Development Minister Kapil Sibal on Monday said he hoped India could forge an alliance with leading US universities to shape the structure of the proposed institutes. Sibal will visit US universities and discuss partnership and collaboration with Indian institutions.
