The campaigning for the third phase of voting on February 15 in the 2012 Uttar Pradesh Assembly election ended this evening. This phase would touch an important pocket borough of the Nehru-Gandhi family in Sultanpur and Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Nagar districts, which also comprises Amethi, the parliamentary constituency of Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi.
