VAT a must for UP's progress, says industry body

| The seminar was headed by IIA President Tarun Khetrapal. Also present on the occasion were B H Naqvi, trade tax consultant; Sanjay Kaul, former IIA president and Anil Gupta, general secretary-IIA. |
