HDFC allots shares under ESOS

HDFC Bank, one of the largest private sector banks in the country, has allotted 1,12,200 equity shares to its employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
 
The decision in this regard was taken today by the bank's Investor Grievance (Share) Committee.
 
On the Bombay Stock Exchange, the shares prices of HDFC were trading at Rs 1197, down 0.59 per cent at IST 1209.
