Mutual fund assets cross Rs 3 trillion

 Among other mutual funds, Reliance Capital Asset Management ranked third with AUM of Rs 28,753 crore, HDFC Asset Management Company fourth with AUM of Rs 25,892 crore and Franklin Templeton Asset Management (India) fifth with AUM of Rs 24,198 crore.

Reliance mutual fund is the fastest growing mutual fund. Its AUM has grown by Rs 15,018 crore (109.34%) in the last one year. Prudential ICICI ranked second with an AUM growth of Rs 12,691 crore (59.2%). The other major AUM gainers were UTI (Rs 9,835 crore), HDFC mutual fund (Rs 8,079 crore), Franklin Templeton (Rs 7,307 crore) and Jeevan Bima Sahayog Asset Management (Rs 7,093 crore).
