OBC issue priced at Rs 250/shr

Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) has fixed the issue price at Rs 250 per share. The bank had come out with a public offer of 5.80 crore shares in the price band of Rs 235-260 per share.

The issue had closed on April 25, 2005 with a subscription of nearly 18 crore shares.
