Reliance Capital ups stake in TVS Motors

Reliance Capital Trustee Co Ltd, through Reliance Vision Fund, has acquired 1.8 million shares in TVS Motors Company Ltd, through an open market transaction. With this, its stake has increased to 5.01 per cent from 4.63 per cent. The buy value for the shares is around Rs 6.88 crore, TVS Motors said in a filing to the BSE on Tuesday.
