S&P assigns BBB- rating for IRFC bond issue

Global rating agency Standard & Poor’s on Wednesday assigned BBB- rating for the proposed issue of Indian Railway Finance Corporation. IRFC has proposed to raise $300 million through US dollar denominated bonds.
