South Indian Bk board meet on Feb 8

The board of directors of South Indian Bank will meet on February 8, 2006 to consider and finalise the price band and related issues in connection with the follow-on public offering of shares scheduled to open on February 10, 2006. This was announced in a release issued by the bank to the BSE today.
