State Bank of Travancore board OKs rights issue

State Bank of Travancore said on Monday its board has approved the draft letter of offer for its planned rights issue.

It did not disclose the size of the issue.

At 12.48 p.m., shares of the lender were down 0.19% in low volumes at Rs 751.7 in a flat Mumbai market.
