45TH IFFI Opens Window on South Asian Cinema

Neighbours being the part of India's greater vision, the 45th edition of IFFI offers a collection of ideas across member nations of South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC). Keeping this in view, IFFI has initiated another section exclusively for the South Asian region, showcasing one outstanding film from each of the eight SAARC nations.
The bouquet of South Asian films include 'Daughter (Dukhtar)' from Pakistan, 'A Few Cubic Meters of Love' from Afghanistan, 'Finger (Ingli)' from Maldives, 'The Fort (Killa)' from India, 'Jalal's Story (Jalaler Golpo)' from Bangladesh, 'Pattern of Love (Kushuthara)' from Bhutan, 'Refusing Heaven (Jhola)' from Nepal and 'The Singing Pond (Ho Gaanaa Pokuna)' from Sri Lanka.
