Yemen delegation visits India next week

A delegation from Yemen led by Head of the Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption (SNACC), Ms. Afrah Saleh Mohammed Badwilan will meet the Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Dr. Jitendra Singh on Monday, January 19, 2015. The 15-member Yemeni delegation will be on a 5-day visit to India from January 19-23, 2015.

Besides holding talks with the Minister, the delegation will visit the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) office and CBI Headquarters during their stay in New Delhi. They will also visit the CBI Academy in Ghaziabad and acquaint themselves with its training procedures. The Yemeni delegation, which includes members of the Yemeni American Coalition for Change (YACC), is visiting India to study the corruption-fighting authorities of India, public prosecution and national integrity system in fighting corruption.
