Logitech to acquire gaming console brand ASTRO for $85 mn in all-cash deal

Global and mobile accessories manufacturer on Wednesday announced acquisition of US-based brand Gaming for an deal of $85 million.

The acquisition is aimed at accelerating long-term growth of the company's gaming business in the console

Logitech and ASTRO will manufacturer headsets, mice, keyboards and streaming for PC and console gamers.

The deal is expected to close in early August.
