 Asian markets are mostly exhibiting lacklustre movement this morning.
 The Hang Seng is almost unchanged at 22,537 - up four points.

</p><p class='TableClas'>The Taiwan Weighted index has slipped seven points to 7,079. The Straits Times index has declined 16 points to 2,903, and the the Seoul Composite index is down five points at 1,558.</P>
</p><p class='TableClas'>The Shanghai Composite index has shed 19 points at 2,842.</P>
