Bhel up 2.6%; Infosys down 3.2%

The NSE Nifty has gained 34 points at 4,225.

Bharti has moved up 3.7% to Rs 778, and BHEL has added 2.6% to Rs 1,426. ONGC has gained 2.1% to Rs 873. TCS and Reliance are up 2% to Rs 861 and Rs 2,108, respectively. Ranbaxy has advanced 1.9% to Rs 535. Tata steel, L&T, HDFC Bank, NTPC, Reliance Communications, HUL and ACC are the other gainers.

HDFC has plunged 3.9% to Rs 2,136. Infosys has tumbled 3.2% to Rs 1,696.

Wipro has shed 2.6% at Rs 452. Tata Motors has slipped 2.5% to Rs 481.Grasim has dropped 2.3% to Rs 2,007.  Satyam, ICICI Bank, ITC, DLF, Cipla, Jaiprakash Associates and SBI are the other losers.
