DGFT cuts MEP on branded edible oils by 18%

The directorate general of foreign trade (DGFT) has cut the minimum export price (MEP) of edible oils in branded consumer packs of up to five kg by 18 per cent from $1,100 a tonne to $900 tonne, with immediate effect.
