NBCC gains on orders worth Rs 227 crore

Shares of National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) have gained nearly 2% to Rs 957 on the BSE after the company secured a total business of Rs 227 crore in March under the project management consultancy segment.
"NBCC has secured a total business of Rs 226.96 crore in March, 2016 under the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) segment and the total work secured during 2015-16 amounts to Rs 17,516.53 crore," according to BSE filing.
The stock opened at Rs 949 and touched a high of Rs 964 on the BSE.
