Shares of National Buildings Construction Corporation were up nearly 1% at Rs 1,014 in an otherwise weak market after the company said it has won orders of Rs 8,523 crore in the month of December 2015.
Of this, orders worth Rs 8,195 crore were for project management consultancy work while engineering procurement and construction orders amounted to Rs 328 crore, the company said in a release.
The stock opened at Rs 1,015 and touched a high of Rs 1,027. At 11:25am, over 307,000 shares were traded on both the stock exchanges.
