Nifty recovers; Bharti Aritel gains 3%

The NSE Nifty is down two points at 4,160.

Satyam has plunged over 3% to Rs 464. Wipro and TCS have shed 2.7% each at Rs 419 and Rs 845, respectively.

HDFC has tumbled 2.5% to Rs 2,064. Infosys and ICICI Bank have slipped around 2% each to Rs 1,768 and Rs 605, respectively.

Hindustan Unilever has declined 1.5% to Rs 215.

Bharti Airtel has surged over 3% to Rs 765. Hindalco has gained 2.3% at Rs 157.

ACC and Ambuja Cements have moved up 1.7% each to Rs 562 and Rs 80, repsectively.

DLF and Tata Motors are up over 1% each at Rs 464 and Rs 403, respectively.
