Poor rabi may hit grain output

The low growth in the foodgrains production in 2007-08 is due largely to the lower grain output in the current rabi which is anticipated to fall by 3.1 per cent.  The foodgrain production in last kharif had clocked a robust 4.8 per cent growth over the previous year
