Pre-market: Weak start likely

The Sensex is likely to open lower following a heavy sell-off yesterday. Global markets too are indicating weakness at the opening bell. The Sensex has a near support at 14,090, below which the index could see further downside.

While Nikkei has gained 58 points to 17,563, the Hang Seng has plunged 347 points at 20,246.

The Sensex is likely to face resistance around 14,335-14,380-14,430 levels. On the downside, the index may find support around 14,045-14,000-13,950 levels.
