Private Moneybags Help Shore Up Cse Volumes

Private financiers are back with a bang to back trades on the Calcutta Stock Exchange and a part of the revival of volumes on the bourse can be attributed to their return, stock market sources said here today.
CSE last week posted a turnover of Rs 135 crore, the highest since the compulsory rolling settlement was introduced five months ago, with all the local big ticket brokers returning to C-Star, the on-line trading system of CSE.
