Sebi Orders Open Offer In Wimco

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has directed Swedish Match AB, the promoter company of Wimco, to make an open offer for 20 per cent of the equity of the company since the promoter along with associates had acquired 21.89 per cent equity from the Jatia group.
