Infosys, Reliance Communications and Tata Motors has surged 2% each to Rs 1,582, Rs 444 and Rs 429, respectively.
ICICI Bank, ITC and HDFC Bank have gained 1.7% each at Rs 629, Rs 179 and Rs 1,050, respectively.
Tata Steel, Hindustan Unilever and Larsen & Toubro have moved up 1.5% each to Rs 602, Rs 223 and Rs 2,581, respectively.
Maruti, ONGC, TCS, BHEL and NTPC are up 1% each at Rs 631, Rs 953, Rs 803, Rs 1,545 and Rs 175, respectively.
Jaiprakash Associates has shed 2.5% at Rs 157, and DLF has slipped 2.2% to Rs 447.
Hindalco is down 1.7% at Rs 140.
