Sensex down 134pts; Satyam, Ranbaxy firm

The Sensex is now down 134 points at 12,726.
Larsen & Toubro is trading ex-bounus at Rs 1,166.
SBI and Bharti Airtel have plunged 3.3% each to Rs 1,417 and Rs 759, respectively.
Reliance Communications and Reliance Infrastructure have shed 3% each at Rs 324 and Rs 767, respectively. Reliance has dropped 2.8% to Rs 1,893.
DLF and BHEL have slipped 2.3% each to Rs 344 and Rs 1,549, respectively.

ICICI Bank and TCS have tumbled 2% each to Rs 524 and Rs 650, respectively. Sterlite has declined 1.8% to Rs 421.
NTPC and ONGC are down over 1% each at Rs 170 and Rs 1,024, respectively.
Jaiprakash Associates has soared nearly 4% to Rs 115. Satyam has surged 3.6% to Rs 307, and Ranbaxy has gained 3.4% at Rs 256.
Grasim, ITC and Tata Steel have rallied over 2% each to Rs 1,726, Rs 192 and Rs 435, respectively.
Infosys has moved up 1.5% to Rs 1,419. ACC and Mahindra & Mahindra are up over 1% each at Rs 619 and Rs 515, respectively.
