Sensex flat in noon trades; Maruti up 3%

The Sensex has erased gains and is now flat at 9,578 - up nine points.

Satyam has soared 5% to Rs 142. Maruti has surged nearly 3% to Rs 517.

Reliance Infrastructure and Reliance Communications have moved up 2.6% each to Rs 593 and Rs 213, respectively.

Jaiprakash Associates has gained 2.3% at Rs 79. ACC, HDFC and Tata Steel have added 1.5% each to Rs 473, Rs 1,485 and Rs 221, respectively.

Infosys has shed 3% at Rs 1,137. ONGC has plunged 2.3% to Rs 655.

Wipro and Mahindra & Mahindra are also down over 1% each.
