Satyam is the top gainer in the Sensex, up 2.85% at Rs 442.70. Jaiprakash Associates is up 2.42%, while HDFC has gained 2.42%.Bharti is also up 2.3% at Rs 865. Hindustan Unilever, ICICI Bank, Wipro, L&T and Hindalco have all gained over 1%.
ACC is the biggest loser in the Sensex stocks, down 2.36% at Rs 824.50. Maruti, TCS, Cipla, Reliance Energy and ITC are all down over 1% each.
