Sensex up 2pts, PNB drops 6%

| The Sensex is moving in a narrow range, and is now up two points at 7,813. ONGC has now moved up 1.6% (Rs 16) to Rs 1,004. Reliance is up a rupee at Rs 710. Ranbaxy is still up 2% at Rs 532. Maruti has moved up a per cent to Rs 480. L&T, HDFC, TCS, Bharti, Cipla and Gujarat Ambuja are trading with gains. BHEL is still down over a per cent at Rs 1,078. Hindalco has declined Rs 13 to Rs 1,403. Grasim, HDFC Bank, Wipro and Tata Steel are also trading with losses. Sterlite Opticals has now gained 24% (Rs 22) to Rs 115. Indo-Gulf, India Cement and IndusInd Bank are up over 6% each. PNB has declined 6% to Rs 430. HCL Infosys has dropped over 5% to Rs 249. |
