Sensex up 81pts; market breadth neutral

The Sensex is now up 81 points at 11,701.

Reliance Communications has rallied 3% to Rs 309. ITC and Maruti have surged 2.5% each to Rs 185 and Rs 854, respectively.

NTPC, ONGC, HDFC and Wipro have advanced around 2% each to Rs 127, Rs 1,222, Rs 1,288 and Rs 523, respectively.

Infosys, Cipla and BHEL have moved up over 1.5% each to Rs 1,800, Rs 248 and Rs 2,281, respectively.

HLL and Tata Steel have dropped 2% each to Rs 235 and Rs 517, respectively.

The market breadth is neutral - out of 2,566 stocks traded so far, 1,252 have advanced, 1,247 have declined and the rest are unchanged.
