Press Trust of India New Delhi

Silver futures prices fell by Rs 47, or 0.13 per cent, to Rs 35,632 per kg today on reduced offtake at existing higher levels amid weakening global trend.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange platform, silver for December delivery fell by Rs 47, or 0.13 per cent, to Rs 35,632 per kg, with a business volume of two lots.

Similarly, the metal for delivery in March declined by Rs 43, or 0.12 per cent, to Rs 35,755 per kg, with a business turnover of three lots.

Traders said fall in demand at existing higher levels amid weakening global trend, mainly led to decline in silver futures prices.
