Taurus MF ropes in Prasanna Pathak from UTI MF

Taurus MF has appointed Prasanna Pathak as fund manager equity. Prior to this assignment, he was an assistant fund manager at UTI Mutual Fund. In this capacity, he handled a corpus of Rs 2000 crore across six schemes spanning various indices and sectors.

He was equity research analyst at UTI MF before being elevated to the status of fund manager. Before moving on to equity research, he was on the fixed income side as assistant fund manager since joining UTI MF in May 2004.
