Total market turnover on Aug 16 at Rs 1.52 lakh crore

BSE F&O turnover surges to Rs 54,000 crore

The total market turnover on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange was Rs 1,52,563 crore (Rs 1.52 trillion) on Thursday.

On the Bombay Stock Exchange, turnover in the cash segment amounted to Rs 2,175 crore while the derivatives segment registered a turnover of Rs 54,000 crore.

On the National Stock Exchange, turnover in the cash segment was Rs 10,132 crore while the turnover in the derivatives segment was Rs 86,256 crore.
