TTK Prestige spurts on delisting proposal

TTK Prestige surged seven per cent to Rs 169.55 on BSE, after the company said it will delist its shares. Around 359,000 shares changed hands after the announcement during trading hours on Monday. It hit a high of Rs 174 and a low of Rs 158.20 during the day.

Its 52-week high is Rs 233.70 and 52-week low is Rs 93. The small-cap scrip has been outperforming the market over the past one month, gaining 37.80 per cent as compared to the Sensex’s return of 5.60 per cent.
