US markets end higher

Dow Jones closed at 10374, stronger by 91 points or 0.8%, Nasdaq ended at 2235, higher by 22 points or 1% and S&P shut at 1105, up 10 points or 0.9%.

The Indian ADRs ended largely in the green.

Sterlite ended at $16, stronger by $0.4 or 2.4%, Infosys clsoed at $56, higher by $0.9 or 1.7% and Dr Reddy's shut at $24, up $0.3 or 1.3%.   

HDFC Bank closed at $121, stronger by $1.8 or 1.5% and ICICI Bank ended at $36, higher by $0.2 or 0.7%.
